About this artwork
The ruined fortress of Angles-sur-l'Anglin stands on its cliff above the river, its towers broken open to the sky. Below it the lower town crosses the Anglin on a stone bridge, white houses gathered along the bank. The village later became known for its fine openwork embroidery, the Jours d'Angles, still worked by hand here.
Every Jason D’s Vision image is an AI-generated artistic interpretation of a real place — original artwork, not a photograph. The label bar on the download may show a creative daylight scenario; that is artistic staging, not a record of a real event.
